Being you is enough.
Not because you’ve healed everything.
Not because you’ve achieved enough, performed enough, or become the most polished version of yourself.
And not because someone else finally chose you, validated you, or told you that you mattered.

You were born with inherent worth.

But many of us grow up receiving messages that teach us otherwise.
Sometimes those messages are loud and obvious. Sometimes they are subtle and repeated over years. We learn to question ourselves. To shrink. To perform. To people please. To disconnect from our emotions, our bodies, or our authentic selves in order to feel safe, loved, or accepted.

Over time, we can begin to believe that who we are is not enough on its own.

Healing is not about becoming worthy.
It is about returning to the worth that was always there beneath the pain, fear, shame, conditioning, and survival strategies.

Therapy is not about fixing a broken person.
It is about helping you reconnect with yourself in a deeper, safer, more compassionate way so you no longer have to abandon who you are in order to belong.

Because underneath everything that happened to you
there is still you.

And being you is enough.
