Brainspotting is a brain and body based therapy designed to help process trauma, emotional pain, stress, and experiences that may feel “stuck” in the nervous system. Brainspotting works from the understanding that where we look can connect to how experiences are stored in the brain and body.

During a Brainspotting session, we use specific eye positions, mindfulness, and attunement to access deeper parts of the brain involved in emotional processing and survival responses. Rather than relying only on talking or analyzing, Brainspotting allows the brain and body to process experiences at a deeper level in a way that often feels more organic and less forced.

Many people find that Brainspotting helps reduce emotional intensity, increase insight, improve nervous system regulation, and create a greater sense of connection to themselves over time. Brainspotting can be helpful for trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, performance issues, relationship patterns, grief, and emotional overwhelm.
